Breakage

The Customer is requested to examine the goods immediately upon delivery for any deficiencies and/or damages. If the goods are found to be damaged, please notify us immediately to arrange for the replacement of the goods. The company has the right to refuse to replace the goods that have been signed.

 

Return and exchange policy

- It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received including glassware and accessories, at the time of delivery.

- Return is only available when valid original receipt is provided.

- Customers who need to replace the goods must contact us within seven days from the delivery date

- All goods must be returned exactly as they were in the original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right to reject the request for replacement of the goods

-After receiving your return request, we have the absolute discretion to determine whether the damage or defect of the goods has already existed when it was delivered to you. The requirements for return and exchange of goods will be reviewed and decided on an individual basis. We reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange any goods at our absolute discretion. Each wine and spirits product exceeding HK$800 will not be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
