Time slot is divided into morning (10-2pm) and afternoon (2-6pm)

Free shipping for purchases of HKD1,000 or above (after discount) 

Orders below HKD1000,

• · The company will charge HKD100 as a delivery fee;

• · You can pick it up in person at our company (appointment required)

－ Delivery address is limited to Hong Kong area only

Excluding: Discovery Bay, Outlying Islands, Ma Wan, Disney Park, Chek Lap Kok, Sha Tau Kok and warehouse addresses

Service details

After your order is accepted and payment is completed, we will confirm the estimated delivery date with you. When the goods arrive, please check all the ordered goods, then sign on the delivery note and return it to our delivery staff to confirm that you have accepted the goods.

If there is damage, shortage or delivery error, please notify our customer service hotline +852 2375 3337 or send us an email (info@gingallery.com) immediately. If you do not notify us about the abnormality of the goods and accept the goods, we reserve the right to reject any claim or request product exchange or refund.

Missed delivery

1. If you need to change the delivery address or date after submitting the order, you are responsible for notifying us immediately, or at least 1 working day in advance. Any change request can be made in the following ways:

2. If you fail to sign for the goods within the agreed period, or the receiving information provided by you is incorrect, we reserve the right to charge you the follow-up arrangement fee or refuse to deliver the goods to any customer at our absolute discretion.
